With a strong arm
Grab hammer
Open box
Empty contents
Pulverize & pound fear
Gradually sift
Until all that’s left is faith
Mold a new standard
Of absorbing
Of living
Repeat exercise
at least every 30 days
Because the mind
naturally absorbs
Unwanted smells & odors
